ssociate Channel Manager, Digital Work Mode Hybrid Location Hybrid out of Bristol, PATravel ExpectationAnticipated to have weekly travel to office in Bristol for collaboration and approx. 15-20% anticipated (domestic) annually. Opportunity The Associate Channel Manager-Digital is responsible for Robern’s digital/ performance marketing initiatives including Influencer and Brand Ambassador programs.This role will be seen as a key stakeholder in the department and accountable for profitable growth in the digital landscape. Hard and soft skills- copywriting, savvy in the digital landscape, organized and being able to manage agency partners and make connections.This role will develop clear vision with strategic short term & long-term objectives and carry out executable plans to hit those objectives in addition to examining processing, recommending, and implementing improvements to ensure efficiency.This position requiresStrong communication skills, innovative thinking, adaptability to new connections, copywriting skills, digital conversationalist, business acumen, cross functional collaboration through teamwork and self-motivation, project management/ organizational skills, professional agility and ability to do data analysis of digital performance to help inform decision making on activations.Interest in high end brand aesthetic. Social Media & Influencer Social Media Posting & Community Management. Plan, develop and implement Robern’s overall organic social media strategy in order to support and improve online presence & drive growth in collaboration with the Dir of Brand Marketing. The social media strategy will be essential to crafting an emotional connection with designers, architects, and discerning homeowners, and will be used to define the brand’s personality. Create content calendar across all platforms & identify priority focus for the brand. Manage influencer program- develop relationships with external influencers and negotiate collaborations, asset acquisition and usage. Develop amplification/ boosting plans & execute. Photo & video editing skills (preferred). Paid Digital Manage Paid Content testing/execution, and Community management to drive overall strategy in collaboration with Digital agency. Reporting to demonstrate successes and opportunities with social media strategy on a monthly/ quarterly/ yearly basis. Agency Management. Brand Ambassadors Assist in managing the Brand Ambassador program with key industry designers & architects and cross brand introductions. Execute the content development with quarterly spotlight features. Manage master database, NDA’s & contracts in collaboration with Dir of Brand Marketing & procurement. Campaigns Plan & execute themed & quarterly holistic campaigns in collaboration with Director of Marketing and Communications lead.Collaborate & outreach to potential brand partnership candidates & develop digital campaigns that help drive awareness & reach. Skills/Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant discipline required. At least 2 years' working experience in digital marketing. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. #LI-Remote #LI-KS2 Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range for this position is $87,450 - $111,100. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
