As a Lead Esthetician at Kohler Waters Spa in Lodge Kohler, your responsibilities will include Serve as the department lead with weekly designated administrative time combined with service time.Supervise department staff – this includes performance feedback, goal setting, training and retraining, department staff meetings, and associate communication. Help manage schedules/appointments of associates. Conduct interviews, onboard new associates, conduct 90-day and annual performance reviews, and effectively performance manage associates. Assist in managing the department budget by providing data, reports, and documentation. Set sales goals for respective department and associates to help drive revenue in retail. When providing services, operate at or above Level 5 Therapist expectations. Ensure all associates are meeting or exceeding the standards and expectations of their assigned roles. Serve on the Operations Team and participate in management training sessions and outside educational opportunities. Responsibility of administration tasks are 20-25% of role and performing services are the remainder of 75-80% of role.This is a full-time position, working between the hours of 700am and 900pm.Skills/Requirements State of Wisconsin Esthetics License Required Applicants must have 3-5 years or more of practicing experience Self-motivated with strong written/verbal skills Strong organizational skills and computer skills Demonstrated ability to lead, train and develop others To fully demonstrate our commitment to the health, safety, and wellbeing of our associates, we are requiring all U.S. based team members to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.We believe this path forward further strengthens our workforce and the future growth and resilience of our company and community.Individuals with medical conditions or sincerely held religious beliefs that prevent them from getting the vaccine may request an exemption from the vaccine requirement.
