Five plus years of related work experience Ability to travel up to 70% PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree Experience with telehandlers and associated implements Agricultural industry sales background and experience operating agricultural equipment #LI-AG1*OSK1917 Provide on-site formal service training and instruction on repair & maintenance of JLG Agriculture products. Identify and resolve all problems relating to parts, service, and warranty including appropriate stocking levels of service parts. Responsible for collection and transmission of data relating to any specific service problems, design deficiencies, and general maintenance problems that may occur reported on the Service Request. Provide field technical service and advice to customer in compliance with predetermined sales obligations. Deal directly with distribution on end-user service problems. Provide distributors with the technical information and manuals necessary for the safe operation and proper maintenance of JLG Agriculture products. Coordinate schedule changes with manager and company departments. Establish and provide training & service programs to instruct distributors in the proper maintenance of JLG Agriculture products. Recommend modifications for JLG Agriculture product improvements based on results and/or information obtained in the field. Assess product performance and customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction with JLG Agriculture products. Visit new distributors upon arrival of first pieces of equipment on new models of JLG Agriculture products. Communicate any other customer support problems or other issues to the appropriate District Manager. Represent the Company at regional trade shows and open houses as required. Always maintain the goodwill of the customer and promote the sale of Company products to existing and potential customers
