Description

High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.Experience in payroll or administrative roles is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office suite. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Assist in various payroll activities, including but not limited to data input, analysis, and processing. Facilitate the efficient flow of documentation between departments and assist in the timely submittal and approval of timecards. Identify and address payroll discrepancies, contributing to the accuracy and reliability of our payroll system. Support the tracking of employee paid time off, child support payments, and other specialized payroll tasks. Provide assistance with union-related payroll requirements. Offer cross-functional support within the payroll department, demonstrating a willingness to learn and back up different functions as needed.
