Bachelor's degree and/or certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal school. 3 or more years of related experience. STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS Proficient with the Microsoft Suite Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc. Embody collaborative team spirit, strong work ethic and unwavering reliability. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High degree of initiative, follow-through, and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills. Ability to interface with personnel at all levels directly or virtually. Litigation Assist in-house counsel in management of litigation, including researching and gathering information, drafting discovery and preparing related documentation, tracking relevant deadlines, and managing and organizing files. Contract Administration Review, analyze, draft and revise contracts. License Management Manage and track business licenses to ensure our entities are in good standing in each relevant jurisdiction. Drafting and Proofreading Prepare legal documents and correspondence under the guidance of in-house attorneys while ensuring accuracy and adherence to established formats. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with internal business stakeholders and utilize a variety of systems to obtain information. Research and respond to internal and external inquiries. Record Keeping Organize, maintain and update department files. Analyze data and prepare reports.
